Shipping was fast but I’m not impressed by the quality of this cutting. Came with slight browning on the leaf which was expected. The cut is quite aggressive and leaves no room for error if rot occurs which is relatively common in higher variegated plants. The item is listed as extra variation but the one I received is almost too variegated. The sustainability of the cutting while rooting is concerning. I suspect due to the level of variegation IF it roots, it will throw out a nearly whole white leaf. While the price is good, I wouldnt recommend buying from this seller. I messaged the seller about my concerns regarding the aggressive cut and node placement and only really got back pictures showing node placement from her. Not exactly great customer service. But she did respond to me in a timely manner.

This beautiful plant was shipped super fast and was carefully packaged. I received a 'sneak peek' of the plant from the seller before it shipped. Very nice touch! Seller is very responsive to questions. I would buy from Back Basics Greenhouse any time! Highly recommend.

After a few days of nervousness with our first Variegated Monstera Albo, Hannah helped us through. Our Monstera Albo arrived with roots, a node, and two leaves. We had a few days where we thought we would lose the plant from the way we started the plant, but it seems to be doing better now. Hannah has been extremely helpful with her prompt return messages that gave us the information we needed to get started the right way. Thanks Hannah!
