Honestly this is a 5 star service. Heat packed and shipped in the cold of winter. I was confused about what I was getting. Guess the lack of the 5th star is my fault. Not the sellers. But I thought I was getting two leaf cuttings not a single two leaf cutting. I also thought one was rooted. I reached out to Hannah and she promptly responded. Would definitely recommend and buy from again
