The store owner was very responsive via emails. I am a customer who’s always tracking shipments. I emailed the store to ensure my plant will arrive on time since I didn’t see the shipping process. He updated me last night and 14 hours later, my plant was delivered. Thank you for the most impressive online buying experience! The plant is so cute and lovely, nestled in cotton, wrapped with brown wrapping paper and many more layers and at the bottom part is a heat pack. I can’t ask for any other excellent care my plant received. The leaves are same as how I saw them in the pictures including their positions. Thank you, Dingwen Sun!
